How To Be Irish

Ok, so this will be my first proper post! And you guested it your gonna learn how to be Irish. I'm going to show you what a typical Irish person would do and you can soon be just like me! So here it goes.

•Cursing- Us Irish find ourselves cursing for absolutely no reason at all, sometimes we even greet people by cursing at them… now that I wrote that down I noticed how weird it sounded?

•Drink- Drink, drink ,drink and a little bit more drink we Irish love our alcohol! It may be a stereotype but come on… I can really diene it can I?

•Father Ted- Father Ted is a T.V show about 3 priests living off the coast of Ireland and it is probably the easiest way to learn how to be Irish. They are absolutely brilliant!

•The Late Late Show- It is one of the worlds oldest chat shows and every Friday night the Irish have sat down in front of the telly to all the different hosts through out the years. This one is probably the least relevant but I think it had to be included.

• Communion- You'll probably get more money on your First Holy Communion day than you will in a hole years salary.

•Stories- We Irish love to tell stories, but when time is running out to tell your story the storyteller always says "We'll lads to make a long story short…" but to be honest they never really know how to make a long story short.

•Being Sick- We all remember being sick as a child right? Here in Ireland we didn't need no doctor! Sure we had flat 7up!

Now I think that wraps it all up. We Irish have a lot of strange traditions!
